We are developing the residential property development project, with the construction of 32 two-bedroom apartments in continuation of the one’s already built.
This project will start in November 2024 and should be completed by the end of 2026. The Resort facilities are 100% operational.

Villa. This villas special feature is the private pool. This air-conditioned villa comprises 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a bath. Meals can be prepared in the kitchenette, which is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace with sea views, this villa also provides a tea and coffee maker and a TV. The unit offers 4 beds. The rooms are split over two levels, the ground and first floors. Does not include acess to the Spa and indoor Pool.
